A little bit of history about Monin Cucumber Syrup...

Georges Monin, manufacturer and inhabitant of a small French village, at a family dinner, where he liked to combine flavours in drinks and experiment as a host, realised that many of the drinks were weak in flavour, that they needed something more.

Many drinks and mixers lacked a flavour that would make an impact when drunk, and he set out on a quest for flavours and combinations, experimenting in his home kitchen.

He continued to explore and develop a range of interesting flavours and flavourings, and began bottling and selling them across the country. Today, three generations of Monin have passed, and the world is a more flavoured place, with a vast collection of the world's finest flavours available in more than 140 countries.
