Tasting Notes
Color: Pale salmon, with crystal shine. With some light that gives a sense of liveliness.
Nose: Aromas of frambruesa, tangerine and anise, with a floral touch.
With some time to bottle its aniseed aromas are quite developed with hints of fennel, and over temperature becomes very round and fat, keeping a surprising freshness for a pink.
Palate: Very fresh and aromatic with notes of frambruesas, tangerines, grapefruit and anise Boca. Taut, fresh, long and aromatic finish.
Features
Rosé wine of unusual character, made with biological methods for the Domino del Bendito.
Undoubtedly, the original profile of this Perlarena is given by the conditions of the soil from which: rocks and sand floors located 700 m, in a semiarid climate.
Fermented in barrels, raised on its lees, this rosé will enchant you with its intense haunting, fresh aromas and exceptional balance and elegance. Probably the best Rosé wine of Spain
Perlarena drinks like water, but beware, it is not ... Although very rich, I advise to be careful with the amount and timing of consumption.
History
The Bodega Dominio del Bendito winery was born in 2004 in Toro winery's history is tied to the life of Antony Terry. A French curiously left his native France, eminently wine country in search of "large vineyard", one that was his hallmark.
Thus settled in Toro where a unique combination of grape, climate and traditions.
Toro is a wine region of Castilla y León, northwest of Spain, known for its powerful red wines made from Tempranillo. It is named for the city of Toro, an ancient settlement on the Douro River (which divides the northern half of the region) just 65 km east of the border with Portugal. Although it is unclear exactly how was the name of the city, the bull is nevertheless an appropriate symbol, robust red wines.
