Why buy Discontinued Wine Los Frontones Crianza

Made with a blend of 4 wonderful varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, harvested from its own vineyard located in the Serranía de Ronda, which makes it have the Designation of Origin of the Sierras de Málaga. It matures for about 12 months, followed by another 12 months of rest in the bottle where it will finish rounding to be optimal for consumption.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

To the sight we can perceive that it is a wine of medium depth, clean with brick-red rim.
On the nose we notice aromas of ripe fruit, balsamic and thyme.
In the mouth it is smooth with a strong intense taste of ripe fruit, persistent with ripe tannins and a very pleasant toasted aftertaste.

Pairing. How to taste it

Serve lukewarm, between 16 and 18 degrees. Ideal with all types of meat, game, stews, rice dishes, semi-cured cheeses and cold meats.
