Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste
Its colour is a unique range between greenish and yellowish, clean and bright. In the nose we notice a vast variety of aromas with a strong presence of lees. In the mouth it is fresh and clean with a long and pleasant finish, with toasted nuances and a great harmony with the sweet sensations.

A little bit of history about Castellblanc Brut...
Castellblanc was founded in 1908 by the Parera family and continued by their successors, always with the aim of bringing the art of sparkling wine production to the glass.
Located in the centre of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia since its beginnings, in the late 1970s Castellblanc moved to the outskirts of the town due to growing demand. The new cellars have modern, state-of-the-art facilities. The range of cavas is made with the native varieties - Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeu - which represent the classic tradition. But the winery also brings innovations, such as the creation of the sweet Rosé, with an elegant colour and an excellent accompaniment for dessert.
