-Modernism: very important since its origin. The poster "Mono y Mona" made by Ramón Casas for a competition organised by the founder of the brand, Vicente Bosch, is a fundamental piece of this artistic movement and of Catalan poster design. The bottle is a clear reference to this style, which also has a strong presence in the shape of the factory and its interiors.

-The sea: The sinuousness of the bottle and its finish are clearly reminiscent of a wave. This gesture is due to the fact that the Anís del Mono factory is located right in front of the sea on Badalona beach, in a truly special enclave.
