Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

With a suggestive amber-bronze colour, the bottle stands out for the elegance of its design based on 24 uniform faces and the transparency of the glass of which it is composed. On the nose we perceive pleasant sweet aromas of roasted fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate you will enjoy flavours of sandalwood, honeycomb, apricot and a particularly characteristic one: mizunara (Japanese oak). With a long, rich, incense-scented finish.

Hibiki was launched in 1989 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Suntory, a leader of quality and distinction in the Japanese whisky market, and has since become the leading exponent of the art of Japanese whisky.
The 24 bases of its bottles are a reference to the "Sekkis", the 24 mini-seasons into which the solar calendar is divided according to Japanese tradition.
