A little bit of history about Wild Turkey Longbranch Bourbon...

In 1869, at the end of the US Civil War, the Ripy brothers founded a distillery on the site now known as Wild Turkey Hill in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. The distillery began producing a whiskey that would become legendary under the name Wild Turkey. The Ripys sold the bourbon they distilled to various wholesalers and bottled it under their own brands.

Wild Turkey is a Bourbon that, since its foundation, has always had a very specific handcrafted process, with very special distillation and ageing that gives it a smooth texture and a persistent flavour, from 100% natural products. Wild Turkey has very little water added to it and is spring-fed, so it has no iron, resulting in an authentic bourbon taste.
