Why buy Discontinued Cava and Champagne Seseo Moscato

This frizzante from the Bodegas Privilegio del Condado is made from a meticulous manual selection of muscatel grapes, whose fermentation process is stopped to maintain a pleasant sweetness and a sharp gaseous sensation.

The use of the most advanced technology during the entire winemaking process is because the winery wants it to be made into a noble, select and truly luxurious wine.

This wine from Huelva Frizzante is protected by the Condado de Huelva Denomination of Origin, which certifies that it is one of the 18 municipal districts suitable for the production of grapes of the authorised varieties, such as the zalema, moscatel de Málaga or Pedro Ximénez.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

The first impression we have is a clean colour with a range from a straw yellow with almost colourless mother-of-pearl reflections to a yellow that reflects greenish tones.

The aroma is as simple as a primary aroma of Muscat, with hints of apple, lemon and flowers.

It has a light, tasty, smooth and balanced taste in the mouth, with a great retronasal route and a very elegant finish.

Pairing. How to taste it

This wine should be served at a temperature between 5°C and 7°C, and we are talking about an ideal wine to accompany creams, seafood and fish.

A little bit of history about Seseo Moscato...

The cooperative from which Bodegas Privilegio del Condado was born was founded in 1955, although its origin goes back to the discovery of the New World when the farmers of the area had no choice but to sell the grapes at very low prices.

The year 1953 was especially good for the farmers, which led them to a real revolution, to unite and form a cooperative to look at the winemakers and compete in the market.

In 1962 they already had their own Denomination of Origin, although, during the following decades, they always thought that they should go further and, in this way, the Bodega Privilegio del Condado was born in 2002.

It's in the Top 10 of economic and cheap products of Discontinued Cava and Champagne and in the Top 1920 of our best seller products.
