Cloe Rosé is a young rosé wine. Made from 100% Garnacha, by direct bleeding and controlled fermentation at a very low temperature to preserve the aromas as much as possible.
Produced in the Serranía de Ronda, it has aromatic notes and a perfect balance in its nuances of flavour and aroma.
Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste
When you pour a glass of Cloe Rosé, its pink colour with salmon and violet tones catches your eye.
On the nose, it gives off aromas of white flowers, red fruits and citrus fruits that combine with aromas of wild roses.
On the palate, there is a great balance on entry, maintaining the acidity and persistence of the finish, with hints of rose petals.
Pairing. How to taste it
Cloe Rosé is ideal with salmon dishes, Japanese food, tuna tartare, white fish and salted fish.
