Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, it has never been aged for less than 12 months in barrels and at least 6 months in bottles. After these two periods, Sancho Garcés Crianza is ready to go on the market and be enjoyed by good consumers.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

The first thing that catches the eye of Sancho Garcés Crianza is its cherry colour, with a medium sized cape and purple or even bluish flashes.

When served in a glass and left to air, it smells of black fruits such as blackberries and redcurrants, as well as moderately toasted. 

Finally, on the palate it is very balanced, smooth, with an elegant and persistent finish.

Pairing. How to taste it

In Yo pongo el hielo we think that the best way to taste it is red meat or grilled.
