Paellalia Fondo de Verdura is a professional concentrated broth made from fresh vegetables, tomato sauce, peppers and garlic of the best quality, 100% Mediterranean. How to use:

1. Shake the 425 gram can (5/6 servings).
2. Dilute the can of stock with 3 cans of water (using the same container as the stock) in a saucepan, bring to the boil and set aside.
3. In the paella pan, sauté pieces to taste (meats, vegetables, etc.).
4. Pour the diluted stock into the paella pan.
5. Cook over high heat (fire/plate) until it starts to boil and add the rice (500 grams), stir to homogenise and cook over high heat for 2/3 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to medium and cook for approx. 15/16 minutes.
