Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste
When Jaume Serra Brut Nature is poured into a glass, its crystalline appearance with fine bubbles is striking to the eye. As the wine is poured, the bubbles gradually break away to form a crown and its pale yellow colour with greenish tones. On the nose, it has intense, fresh and fruity aromas with hints of ageing. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, smooth and balanced with certain acidic notes and an exquisite finish.
Pairing. How to taste it
Cava Jaume Serra Brut Nature is so versatile that it can be drunk with any type of food, but preference should be given to dishes prepared with fish, seafood, poultry, pasta, risottos and cheeses. It can also be drunk on its own as an exquisite and refreshing aperitif.
A little bit of history about Jaume Serra Brut Nature...
The Jaume Serra winery is located in Barcelona, surrounded by an estate with 125 hectares of vineyards where the following varieties grow: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Tempranillo.
In their facilities, they have underground cellars, air-conditioned and prepared to store 14 million bottles and they have 3,500 American and French oak barrels with which they obtain crianza, reserva and gran reserva wines of excellent quality.
