Wolfburn Single Malt No. 270 has a pale golden colour.

The aroma is a pleasant whiff of white nectarines, juicy pears, melons and orange blossom.

On the palate, its sweet, honeyed flavour precedes a light oiliness with hints of white pepper, salt and leather. The finish is quite long, earthy and spicy.

Pairing. How to taste it

To enjoy the nuances and flavours of this fantastic whisky, simply serve at room temperature in a low whisky glass, with little or no ice.

The distillery was mothballed for a long time for reasons that are unclear to this day, what is clear is that the distillery reopened in 2013 and has been back in production since then.

This new distillery is located 350 metres from the original distillery and draws its water from the Wolf stream, which still gives its name to the distillery.
