Why buy Cream Amarula

This is a spirit made from cream, sugar and the fruit of the marula fermented twice, after which it rests in American oak barrels for twelve months.

It is made by a fermentation process very similar to wine, then distilled twice and left to rest in French oak barrels for two years. The last step in the process is to blend the resulting liquid with the cream.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

The colour of this liqueur is a light brown, reminiscent of the African savannah.

As for its aroma we can say that it allows the presence of notes of marula, coffee and chocolate.

The taste is pleasantly sweet and creamy, with hints of intense fruit, caramel, hot spices and citrus.

It is a real privilege to be able to savour this cream in a glass on the rocks, or even to prepare it in the most exquisite cocktail.

History of the product

This cream has been produced since 1989 and, although it is relatively new, it is already marketed in more than 100 countries thanks, in large part, to the numerous and meritorious awards obtained, such as the Best Liqueur in the World in 2006 and 2008.
