Why buy Rosé Wine Davalillo Rosado

This Rioja rosé is made using the traditional method of blending different musts of white grapes of the vuira variety and tempranillo and garnacha as red grape types. A stainless steel tank is used for the fermentation of this must, with exhaustive temperature control, so that the typical aromas and flavours of claret can emerge.

Davalillo Rosado at sight is salmon pink.

It is a quite aromatic wine, with fruit and floral tints.

In the mouth it is tasty, slightly acidic but with a great balance. It is also a smooth rosé.

How to taste it. Pairing

It is highly recommended to enjoy it with all kinds of rice, pasta or fish, always fresh, not cold, at a temperature between 8 and 10 degrees.

A little history about Davalillo Rosado...

The El Arca de Noé winery, registered in the Rioja D.O., in the La Rioja Alta area, was founded in 1953 by farmers from San Asensio. It has been so successful that several farmers have joined the winery to form the current 260 members.

Davalillo, in its red, rosé (the one we are concerned with) and white varieties is one of its main references. One can see the care taken in its production, resulting in a high quality product that is highly recommended.
