Why buy Discontinued Wine Torremoron Roble
Torremorón Roble is a 100% fine red wine D. O. Ribera del Duelo, so there will be no surprises when you try it. A good representative of what this Denomination can offer us in young wines.
After a careful manual harvest, the must from this grape from old vineyards is fermented at a controlled temperature until it is macerated for 25 days. It is then left to settle for 4 months in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste
The first thing that catches the eye of Torremorón Roble is its intense color, maroon but with purple trimmings.
When it is served in a glass and left to air, the aromas it gives off are of red fruits and with certain notes of barrel.
Finally, on the palate it is balanced and tasty.
Pairing. How to taste it
In Yo pongo el hielo we think that the best way to taste it at 16 degrees, we recommend trying it with white meat or sausages.
