Why buy Discontinued Wine Bocca

Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes like so many other D.O. Ribera del Duero, Bocca adds a 9 month aging in American oak barrels to give it a characteristic distinction.

It has an alcohol content of 13% which, added to its ageing and very traditional, unfiltered production, gives this red wine exceptional smoothness.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

The first thing that catches Bocca's eye is its dark red colour, with purple edges.

When it is served in a glass and left to air, the smells it gives off are intense and powerful, with a predominance of red fruits.

Finally, on the palate it is very fruity and tasty, with personality. It attracts attention.

Pairing. How to taste it

In Yo pongo el hielo we think that the best way to taste it is with meat and at a temperature between 15 and 17 degrees.
