19 Crimes is renowned the world over for its quality products and lively labels. Well, in 19 Crimes Cabernet Sauvignon the protagonist is Michael Harrington. A British recruit who is known for being the protagonist of one of the craziest escapes in Australia.

Harrington himself and six other recruits fled in a small rowboat, and after surviving a severe typhoon, managed to board an American ship and escape. It is a historic event known as the Catalpa Rescue, which took place in the late 19th century.
