La Chouffe Blanche is produced in the Belgian brewery Brasserie d'Achouffe located in Achouffe, which was founded in 1982 but later, in September 2006, was bought by the Duvel Moortgat group.

The brewery produces about 300,000 hectolitres of beer per year, of which an important amount is exported to 72 different countries. This brewery produces several beers such as La Chouffe or Cherry Chouffe, as well as a spirit distilled from a 5 year old beer, the Esprit d'Achouffe, and a liquor made from this spirit, the Café Chouffe.
