Brewed since 1980 in Puerto de Santa María, Cadiz, Spain, on Rives Pitman Company SA, is the only 100% Andalusian gin that is made completely handcrafted in traditional copper stills. The process comprises a double distillation to obtain a neutral and pure alcohol to which 11 different plant species, proceeding to a third and final distillation, which is used only the central part or core is added.
