13 different botanicals (angelica Saxon Angelica Belgium, bitter almond, coriander Bulgarian, Moroccan coriander, cassia bark, juniper berries, lemon peel, licorice root, orange peel, grapefruit peel and ginger are used ). Each of the botanicals is responsible for providing the final product with hints of bitterness, freshness, sweetness, aroma of herbs, sweet citrus, spices and perfumes, which are integrated into a perfect synthesis, containing palatable alcohol.

During the production process, Jodhpur undergoes four distillations, the latter of which is carried out in the presence of citrus macerated for seven days. This fourth distillation is what gives it personality and citrus character that makes it a high-end gin.
