General Conditions of the Contests and Drawings

1. The time frame, the prizes, the object of the draw/contest and the mechanics of the draw/contest will be specified in each draw/contest in the field in which it is held (social networks, web, etc.).
2. The draw/contest is open to individuals over 18 years of age.
3. The participants, by the mere fact of participating in the draw/contest, accept its terms and conditions in full and without reservation, and the criteria of YOPONGOELHIELO as to the resolution of any questions arising from it.
4. The participants guarantee YOPONGOELHIELO the authenticity of the personal data provided to participate in the draw/contest.
5. YOPONGOELHIELO declines any responsibility for events that exceed its scope of action or the commitments acquired in these bases.
6. Prizes may not, under any circumstances, be subject to change, alteration or compensation in cash at the winner's request.
7. In the case of random draws or contests, the winners will be chosen using the specific online tool Random.org, with which YOPONGOELHIELO has no relationship, to guarantee the impartiality of the results.
8. In compliance with the Organic Law of Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file owned by YOPONGOELHIELO whose purpose is the organization and conduct of this draw / contest. By participating in the draw/contest you authorize us to publish your name and surname on YOPONGOELHIELO's social networks if you are the winner. Your data will not be transferred to any entity and its total confidentiality is guaranteed. If you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, you may write to YOPONGOELHIELO at the following e-mail address: [email protected].
9. When the draw/contest is over and the prize is awarded, all personal data provided by participants will be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations.
10. YOPONGOELHIELO will be exempt from any obligation or compensation towards the participants if, due to force majeure or legal imperative, the draw/contest has to be cancelled or suspended, and the participants should be informed of this situation.
11. In the case of detecting irregularities in the behaviour of the participants, the organisation reserves the right to eliminate the participant.
12. The prize draw/contest prize will be subject to all the relevant tax provisions, in accordance with the legislation in force.
13. Neither the employees of the companies in charge of carrying out the draw/contest (YOPONGOELHIELO), nor their first and second degree relatives, as well as the concessionary distributors, suppliers or persons linked to YOPONGOELHIELO, by means of a contract of employment or professional services, nor their first and second degree relatives, may participate in the draw/contest.
14. The prizes of the winners will be awarded according to the agreement between YOPONGOELHIELO and the winner, unless a specific delivery method is specified in the particular conditions of the draw/contest.
15. Once the name has been announced, the winners will have 7 days to contact YOPONGOELHIELO through a private message on the social networks or by e-mail or using the contact form on the YOPONGOELHIELO website, to provide their personal details and confirm that they accept the prize. In the event that the winners do not contact each other within these 7 days, the draw/contest will be void. The final results of the draw will be published at least in the same medium as the draw/contest.
16. The draw/contest will be governed by Spanish law. The parties expressly agree to submit any dispute or controversy arising out of the interpretation or application of the same to the Judges and Courts of Malaga, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction if any other jurisdiction corresponds to them.
