If you are not satisfied with the delivery received, you can return it by e-mail at devoluciones@yopongoelhielo.com or by telephone at 668 810 248. We will schedule the collection of the order with the transport company at the time you indicate.

In the event that the error is not attributable to us, the direct cost of returning the order will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU. This cost is the sum of the shipping and collection costs.

Refund period, conditions and refund of the amount

The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with any accessories or gifts included.

After checking the status of the order, you will be refunded the amount according to the same payment method used (for cash on delivery payments, the refund is made by bank transfer you specify).

Please note: orders containing open items will not be accepted for return.
