This sparkling wine with D. O. Champagne is made with wines from different vintages, pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay varieties and aged for more than 30 months in rhyme. It has an alcoholic content of 12 degrees.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

The first thing that catches the eye of Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut is light gold, with glowing bubbles.

When served in a glass and left to air, it smells fruity, like lime blossom and toast.

Florens Louis-Heidsieck, of German origin and in love with French champagne, was the founder of the winery. He set out his vision for the company when he published that his aim was to achieve a range of "wines that smile".
