Why buy Champagne Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage
Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage is a Premium Champagne that combines traditional Champagne grapes with a reserve wine quantity of between 10 and 20%.
This sparkling wine from the prestigious Piper Heidsieck winery is a rosé wine with 12% alcohol content. Its fusion with reserve wines during its elaboration is what distinguishes this Champagne from the others.
Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste
The first thing that catches the eye of Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage is her rather dark red colour.
When served in a glass and left to air, the aromas it gives off are fruity: cherries and red fruits.
Finally, on the palate it is balanced, with a certain taste of wine due to its elaboration. It is a robust product with a fine bubble.
Pairing. How to taste it
In Yo pongo el hielo we think that the best way to taste it is as an aperitif and, for example, in combination with fruit. At a temperature of about 9 degrees.
