Why buy Gin Bombay Sapphire

Summer, imagination and balloon glasses splashing a London Dry Gin. The taste of Bombay Sapphire is reminiscent of ripe citrus when you first smell it. A hint of juniper makes it a spicy and light drink. Only for the discerning palate.

This gin is all about luxury, sophistication and design. It floods the moment with fun, joy and joviality. Bombay Sapphire smells of juniper, coriander, lemon, floral notes, wood and dry grass. The perfect sip between laughs with friends. Its palate alternates the sour sweetness of lemon with a balancing touch of liquorice and woody base.

Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

When Bombay Sapphire is poured in the glass, it gives off aromas with fresh citrus notes of lemon combined with juniper and a softly earthy background. Sweet and delicate floral notes are also perceived. On the palate, hints of lemon with floral, spicy and slightly spicy notes. The juniper is present in all phases providing more citrus and resinous notes, giving way to an extensive finish that mixes the citrus touches of lemon with coriander and juniper.

Pairing. How to taste it

With the trusty balloon glass you can make cocktails as different as the sophisticated Bombay Sapphire Cinnamon & Orange Twist Gin, the feminine Strawberry Gin Forever, the simple Boris Sapphiere or the classic Bombay Sapphire Ultimate Gin & Tonic.

A little bit of history about Bombay Sapphire...

Michel Roux was a pioneer in the marketing of premium gin. The improved recipe is a nod to Thomas Dakin's secret creation in 1761. A curiosity about Bombay Sapphire is the choice of its name, the result of a competition involving the biggest international advertising agencies. Its name evokes the early success of gin in India, when it was still a British colony. A very apt name, because just by pronouncing Bombay Sapphire it seems that we are starting a journey to virgin lands.

Design is of particular importance to Bombay Sapphire. Its attractive blue bottle projects a radiant sense of modernity and sumptuousness. Sometimes you can even find limited editions of their bottles, which are always designed with the utmost care, to delight not only the palate, but also our cupboards.

If you are preparing a night full of surprises, you can't miss your bottle of Bombay Sapphire to give free rein to your creativity with cocktails.
