Composition of Gin
Looking at the composition of the gin, its a must say that it's a schnapps that is gotten by the destillation of barley not germinated with malt, rectified with juniper berries and with a variety of aromas depending of the manufacturer, although the common ones are cardamom, orange peel or angelica.
Generally, its alcoholic volume vary between 37 and 47 degrees.
