Tasting notes. Sight, smell and taste

Pouring a glass of Pink 47, we notice its transparent and crystalline colour. On the nose, we perceive a herbal and citrus aroma with quite pronounced floral hints. When we drink it, we notice the juniper flavour that stands out from the combined and balanced herbal and citrus sensations that lead to a short, clear and dry finish.

Pairing. How to taste it

We recommend drinking it with a tonic and garnished with strawberries to give it a touch of colour or as a base for the preparation of exquisite cocktails. It is strong and full of flavour, but without a trace of harshness. It has the right strength for the perfect Martini

Pink 47 is a premium London Dry gin that was first produced in 2007 by Old St. Andrews Limited. It is produced in four distillations in a copper pot still. It is distilled with 12 carefully selected botanicals from around the world. Italian juniper berries provide the classic foundation, supported by two different types of angelica and two different coriander. Citrus and almonds from Spain are expertly balanced with nutmeg from West Africa and various exotic spices from the East.
